Luminous Balloons. Average float time with helium is 12-14 hours. Balloons should be stored in a cool, dark place until used. Two color registration: Because the balloon has a non solid, convex surface, the registration can shift up to 1/8" in any direction. We recommend that any different colored elements do not touch or are separated by at least a 1/8" gap. Average float time with helium for 9" is 8-10 hours, 11" 12-14 hours.
